Right chaps we need to arrange a few dates for a social meet and a bit of fishing on a few of our beloved rivers in the summer. I need to know when you have a free weekend during the summer so we can decide when to fish, and secondly I could do with a few suggestions of suitable waters to go for that we can vote for.

Can`t go wrong on the Stour, plus its a chance to annoy Nairny for a couple of days, thats all the reason thats needed.

Now then Nairny, don`t want too many people on the bank do we? Give Roo my regards, at least he`s got some hair thats more than I can say. Think the Stour would be fun though.

Snake, I`m just glad you and Nairny aren`t Polish....imagine the size of the bar b que you`d have to take fishing to cook that lot!!! Top angling you two, you`ve probably caught more chub in a session than I`ve had this season from the Thames. Now that is depressing

The new season is fast approaching so we need to sort out our first outing. Can we have suggestions where to have our 1st social and could all those interested please let me know when is suitable dates for you to fish. I can then collate all the info to work our a date to fish. Not long to go now boys
